Everything you have ever experienced is stored in your subconscious like a sensory archive.  All sounds, smells, emotions, tastes;  every experience is stored by your subconscious and filed away for future reference. In an altered state, such as hypnosis,  you can access your subconscious mind. This process is called a regression. There are two types of regressions: Age Regressions and Past Life Regressions. Either regression may be accessed to find the cause of current blocks and clear past traumas.

Regressions may be entered into for a variety of reasons, such as to locate lost/missing articles; to remember directions to a specific destination from ones past, or to recall details of a specific event as when used in a forensic application to help witnesses recall details. Regressions are also frequently used in Transformational Therapy. Sometimes regressions will occur spontaneously during a hypnosis session, other times they are specifically facilitated by the hypnotist.

Through hypnotherapy you can choose to access emotional memory and deal with it.  We all want to change and move forward, clearing whatever is blocking us and see a bright future path. Hypnotic regression  is one method to achieve these goals.
